[Scan-DC] Vsp trooper in 10-50, citizen using radio

I've Googled "Stafford VSP accident" and all sorts of other similar search
phrases several times since the weekend and have come up with nothing, even
in the Stafford paper. I don't believe it was a dream, and it definitely did
not sound like an exercise. It's perplexing that there is no news coverage.

The radio coverage is probably in a RR feed archive. I haven't checked. This
was the first weekend I was monitoring using the STARS system on my 396XT.
The pre-programmed task group name (programmed into the 396 at the factory)
was VSP CULP 1.

If anyone finds any news about this please send a link.

I'm not finding anything about this incident online or on the VSP website -
anybody have more information on what happened and the result?
