[Scan-DC] Activity at Mont Co Police Academy ??

Anyone know what the Gaithersburg District of the Mont Co Police have working at the Police Academy? 

They have multiple streets blocked in front of the academy, at Great Seneca and Key West, on 370 and on 270 - they are talking about 15 vehicles and it's a convoy of some sort.

I know that Mont Co Fire Rescue had their Urban Search and Rescue team - Maryalnd Task Force 1 - MDTF-1 activated to deploy to the New England area for Hurricane Earl. Are they driving up there or are they escorting them to the airport?
