I've been using Scanner Radio by Gordon Edwards the past two months on
my Nexus One. Works well, no issues, and the developer updates and
corrects problems quickly. He has a free, ad supported version, but
for $2.50 you get the ad-free version.

Available in the Android Marketplace.
