Ray,
I don't know about the Android apps, but essentially all of the iPhone
scanner apps draw their audio feeds from the exact same source -- the
RadioReference site. Given that, it just comes downs to features. If you
want to know which local feeds will likely be available on the Android
apps, I recommend looking at what's available on RadioReference.com.
Perhaps Android posts app reviews like the Apple App Store does? If so,
take a look at those to help you decide which app to get.
