Hope you all have your tin foil hats on to protect you from the
harmful emissions.  DoD, FEMA and other agencies also brought in
mobile cell phone hot spots with portable towers (called COWS - cells
on wheels) so people could communicate.  Local service was down and
most cell towers were also down.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
