As Doug predicted, the perp indeed ran into the city hall/courthouse building. Apparently building security is now chasing him inside the building. Still on Arlington 1A, and must be on Alex too. Alex and Arlington are sending in officers with long guns.

City Hall is on the north side of King Street, and the courthouse is on the south side. Either one would be a bad choice for hiding out. The Federal courthouse where the terror suspects are tried is about a mile to the southwest of where this was going on. It is on the site of the old Southern Railway freight yards. That's the one you see on television.
