Oh, that's what that was all about. I went for a walk in the direction of the Braddock Road Metro stop last night at that time. There was a helicopter circling over the Alexandria waterfront about 8:15 to 8:30 p.m. I heard sirens all over the place too. I didn't have a scanner with me, since all mine are analog.
