[Scan-DC] Minor Earthquake

I can understand all the interest in the location of the epicenter, but the
margin of error for location of this quake is 8.3 miles, so many of us could
be sitting right on top of it (not all at once of course).  And obviously
the effects were felt over a good size area.

I not only felt it....it moved the bed three inches away from the wall !!!

I'm 7 miles due west of the epicenter.
