[Scan-DC] DC Fire / PD systems from Gaithersburg

Hi Doug,

I use my Pro-106 (same guts as the 197) to listen to DC using the
out-of-the-box programming. Have you tried using the "stock" frequencies,
and the squelch set just above the noise level? If it still doesn't work
contact me directly and we'll figure it out.

I haven't seen anyone else reply to this, but I have no problem receiving 
MPDC or DCFD in Derwood with my Pro-96 using a rubber duck inside the house.
