[Scan-DC] DC Fire / PD systems from Gaithersburg

Just my two cents on what ***may*** have happened, but RR treats DCFD & DCPD
as a single system.  I can't speak to the Pro-107 since I have never played
with one, but at least for the 96, here is what I would do: separate
downloads, DCFD (800 MHz) as a single system/bank, and DCPD (460 MHz) as a
different system bank.  In the problems that I have seen, this took care of
things.

I haven't seen anyone else reply to this, but I have no problem receiving
MPDC or DCFD in Derwood with my Pro-96 using a rubber duck inside the house.
