[Scan-DC] Call letters on 154.16

I searched the FCC database by freq and found these calls in MD

Hmmmm... this is getting interesting... looking in the FCC database, the
only WPWB I see for Montgomery is 302, and that comes back to some
frequencies in the 821/822 mhz range.
I tried to catch one of the beacons awhile back and thought it ended in a 9
or 0, but my code is worse than lousy! One day I was fooling around and
found a website that would convert text to code and I tried putting in some
of the call signs that I posted earlier to see if they sounded familiar, but
now I can't remember what the results were!
I gotta work Friday night and it will be dead then... may try to find that
site again and fool around with it!
(had a look just now and can't find it...)
