[Scan-DC] atmospheric skip this evening?

I heard it on 93.1 FM here at 6:30 p.m..  I just looked up the website for
KATO FM in Minnesota (http://www.minnesota93.com/) and they did broadcast a
tornado warning three hours ago.

Not sure what triggered it, but I picked up a tornado warning cutting in
over WAMU on 88.5MHz.  Only tornado warnings active at that time according
to NWS were in Minnesota......
