[Scan-DC] Serious-sounding accident on I-81 @ mm 247 (nearHarrisonburg)

Calling in a helicopter to land on I-81 south. Both north and south are shut 
down for the time being. Trafficland camera just showing a standstill 
northbound at mm 247.

Editorial note: I-81 is an accident waiting to happen. Tons of 
tractor-trailers (most driving professionally) interspersed with tons of 
4-wheelers (most driving crazy).
