[Scan-DC] STEARMAN UPDATE: One overturns on Runway 1 at DCA with VIDEO

The video was shot from the front seat. About 18 seconds into the first
edited clip, while the aircraft was still airborne, it looks to my untrained
eye that something falls off the top wing and hits the cowl. The second clip
shows the aircraft roll end over end upon touchdown, almost like the front
brakes were locked. Definitely worth taking a look.
