[Scan-DC] storm, gburg basement fire

Getting pounded by a big thunderstorm, right overhead on the Doppler 9000 WX radar - Montgomery just put out a box for a fire in the basement of a townhouse right behind me, 14 Butterwick Court, probably storm-related - lots of big lightning strikes near here...

Rescue Squad 717 on scene, 2-story middle-of-row townhouse, nothing evident.
