[Scan-DC] Arlington working pedestrian struck

The story is now on news8.net. They are reporting that the injuries  
are not life-threatening. The victims were not in a cross-walk. They  
crossed two lanes of stopped traffic, then entered the third lane and  
their luck ran out.
