[Scan-DC] "shots being fired on the 300 level"

Might be related - while going down I-270 on Sat afternoon near Rockville, I saw an open trailer with 2 police motorcycles on it - they had unfamiliar markings, I looked at the tag of the motorhome that was pulling it and it had Michigan plates... no other markings on it.

Of course, there also are several "Fallen Officers Memorials" going on today; the motorsickles I saw could be related to that...
