[Scan-DC] UAL 950

united 950 is on the ground. The United mechanics are going to change the
tire on the aircraft (right main rear inboard tire) before moving the
aircraft from the runway.. the passengers are going to remain on the
aircraft during the change.  It landed on Runway 30. normal operations are
continuing on runways 1 left and 1 right.  A medic unit and fire truck
remain on the scene. everything is clearing.
