[Scan-DC] Montgomery County PD Fugitive/Warrant TG

This morning I happened to have my scanner tuned to Montgomery County 
talkgroups, and I heard some chatter on TG 13872, designated as C9 
Fugitive/Warrant Unit.  I heard mention of Southview Drive, one in 
custody but one took off into the woods.
It didn't mean anything until I heard Chief Manger's press conference 
(boy, does he need press conference training).
Anyway, I wonder if there is still one suspect outstanding in the 
Betts murder case.
