[Scan-DC] Incident in Fairfax last night

I caught some of it last night.  It was announced that "this is now a barricade situation."  It was a son in his parent's house.  The command post was set-up at Hornet Ln and Fern Oak Ct.  The suspect was not talking to police and was talking to others on his cellphone.  The police requested the name of the carrier, the cellphone number, and the name on the account from his parents in order to have the carrier shutdown service to his cellphone.  I don't know the nature of the original call and I don't know the outcome.
