[Scan-DC] Did something happen to Arlington trunked systems?

Dan, Doug,

I just have the control channels programmed. Everything seems to be  
working on the Arl P25 system now. Maybe for some period it was using  
a control channel I didn't have programmed in so I will now add all  
the channels.
