[Scan-DC] Did something happen to Arlington trunked systems?

Hi Dan,

It's been awhile since I've programmed a new system, but I think the last time I did it I put in all the frequencies... seems to me that the radio can recognize the control channels.  (Unidens, that is.)  I use the BuTel software and if I recall, one of its automatic features, if you download from RadioReference, is that it only installs the control channels... but I can't remember all of this stuff!
