[Scan-DC] Did something happen to Arlington trunked systems?

Thanks John. It appears the problem is that my 396xt has suddenly  
stopped decoding p25. Analog is working fine. The radio has been  
untouched for weeks but now it won't decode. Very odd. Has anyone  
heard of this happening?
