WASHINGTON - A traffic nightmare that could give new meaning to the term "gridlock" is just a week away from reality in the nation's capital. 

A Nuclear Security Summit (NSS) that will bring nearly 50 heads of state to D.C. is scheduled to take place April 12-13. It's expected to be one of the largest gatherings of heads of state in history.

This should be a golden opportunity for seeing what frequencies are in use.

Also: I was awake for the shuttle launch on Monday morning, but there were clouds to the east. I saw nothing from Alexandria.
