[Scan-DC] Air traffic controller talks amateur pilot down

If you get a chance, listen to the two audio links in this article. The 
pilot of this twin-engine King Air airplane died in flight, and another guy 
on the plane had only basic single-engine experience. 5 people on board 
total (not sure if that includes the dead guy). ATC talks the guy all the 
way down, almost like the movie Airplane! but without the comedy.

This happened almost a year ago. The controllers are getting an award on
