Wednesday night. The chase is over. Apparently started in Silver Spring (I heard it first on the Montgomery County Police 3rd district TG). OnStar was providing tracking information. Stolen car was spotted on Sam Eig highway. Suspect captured around 11:10pm , on Outpost Drive in Gaithersburg.
