[Scan-DC] Pentagon Metro station closed due to police activity

2 police officers shot outside Pentagon station
UPDATED, 7:35 p.m.
Chris Layman, a spokesman for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency, said the 
two people shot are Pentagon Force Protection Agency police officers. He was 
not certain of their condition. He said they have one person in custody.

UPDATED, 7:22 p.m.

Arlington Det. Crystal Nosal, a spokeswoman for Arlington Police said two or 
three people have been shot outside the Pentagon Metro.. She did not know 
the extent of the injuries. She said Pentagon police are handling the 
situation.

EARLIER:
The Pentagon Metro station is closed due to a "police situation," according 
to wmata.com.

Riders are being told to expect delays on the Blue and Yellow lines.

WUSA9 is reporting there was a shooting. More details are forthcoming.
