The National Capital Region Communications Center (NCRCC) which dispatches
for all the Parks listed earlier is located in Hagerstown, Maryland, at the
C&O Canal HQ on the Dual Highway.
The C&O dispatch used to be located at Ferry Hill, west of Sharpsburg,
across the river from Sheppardstown until around the turn of the last
decade.
