[Scan-DC] US Park PD?

The Clara Barton name was given to the Maryland side in 1989.  I didn't
think it was long ago either, until I checked.

Ed, like you, I remember the "whole thing" in MD being called the Maryland
side... and I still think of it that way... when writing the original email,
I had to look at yahoo maps to determine what roads were called what... now
if I can only remember that!  (Wonder when it changed... I didn't think it
was all that long ago, but tempus really does fugit!)
