[Scan-DC] US Park PD?

Lambs Knoll is located at the top of the hill that Reno Mountain road runs 
along in Washington County.

The Frederick County MSP repeater, some other repeaters, a "Air Traffic 
Control" facility, and some other stuff is up there.

I believe that the microwave for Manassas Battlefield and Prince William 
Forest, to download to C&O Canal is located up there now too.
