[Scan-DC] CSP seize scanner

[Doug Kitchener]

I need to go back and read the whole thing again... would love to know what the felony charges are (trying to find out!)... turns out the guy is a ham (can you be a ham if you're a convicted felon?) and googling his call sign took me to a link about (possible) police brutality and corruption in Colchester CT... still trying to run all that down also!

Somewhere in the middle of all of it is the truth, I suppose.  Wow...
