[Scan-DC] Montgomery Box 12-7

They seem to be getting this under control without going to a defensive attack... apparently bldg has a common attic and there was smoke in there that was venting from other units... fire apparently contained to one unit... communications are a little bit difficult to understand here at times due to people talking with masks on and feedback from nearby units.  One unit was doing a lot of yelling about water supply at one point but they seem to have straightened that out.
