[Scan-DC] Arlington & DC responding to shooting in parking lot of Roosevelt Island

Sorry. I have my scanner with me, but it's not on.

I am alway fascinated to note that, when I ride a bicycle up the bike path from National Airport to Georgetown, I cross into DC at the humpback bridge. Once I'm on Columbia Island, I am in DC. Boundary Channel is just that - the boundary. I don't go back into Virginia until I get up by the I-66 bridge. The parking lot for Roosevelt Island is in Virginia. I suspect that Arlington responds to calls on Columbia Island, as it makes more sense to do that than waiting for DC to get there in a roundabout fashion.

Arlington units were placed in service.

Is anyone listening on DC side?
