[Scan-DC] Arlington & DC responding to shooting in parking lot of Roosevelt Island

Arlington units were placed in service. I missed most of the call. It was
either nothing, handled by DC, and/or patient is DOA. I suspect the latter
two, based on how fast Arlington went in service. They did not have time to
search the area, like they would normally do if they couldn't find anything.
Is anyone listening on DC side?
