That's my guess. It usually comes through in the morning, but that does not seem to be the case this time. Waiting for VRE to clear might slow them down.

These frequencies might work. I just lose track of things.
160.410 CSX CQ dispatcher, RF&P (AAR channel 20)
160.800 Conrail road 1 (AAR channel 46)
160.950 old Southern Railway dispatcher
161.550 RF&P train crews, lineside detectors (AAR 96)
much less likely:
160.245 Norfolk Southern ch. 2 dispatcher to train
160.830 Norfolk Southern ch. 2 train to dispatcher
Greenville to Alexandria is on the Southern, or "Norfolk Southern," as the kids all say. From Alexandria to DC is RF&P, so try 160.410 and 161.550 there. North of DC is old Conrail, now CSX; try 160.800 there, but CSX to Philadelphia might have a new frequency now. RBB&B has its own frequency too.

151.625 MHz is the Circus Train Operations radio frequency

Garland Harper in Lynchburg says: "It has been reported to me that the RBBX train crew north out of Lynchburg has been called for 6:30 p.m."
This is a huge train. It's a shame it's coming through after dark, as it makes quite a show.
