[Scan-DC] Possible roof collapse in Charles County

Interesting - Montgomery County units were dispatched for a possible roof collapse at 5920 River Road... Montgomery apparently received the call from Fairfax... Fairfax had a similar address but found nothing.  There is a 5900-block of River Road in Montgomery (Bethesda) but 5920 is not a good number... Montgomery units also found nothing.  Meanwhile, Montgomery ECC made contact with a caller, apparently the call is in Charles County MD.  (Montgomery units clearing now, opns on 7G - Charles is out of range for me.)
