[Scan-DC] Maryland National Guard and Highway Admin Freqs

Has anybody had any success in monitoring the140 mhz Guard freqs.?

How about 47 mhz channels for Md Hwy Admin?

MEMA has couple channels also but no luck

Both may have been busy for snow removal operations

I heard a couple of distant transmissions but nothing useful
