[Scan-DC] Dig out your fire hydrants!/ More thoughts

 Another reason to dig out the hydrants is to keep them visible to the snow plows!!!!!. 
There is 32 inches here. If an un-informed driver was to come through, he may
accidentally tale one out if on a corner, maybe mine!

I had a suspicion that might have happened; Montgomery sent a tanker over there... I hope not, but I bet there'll be more like that before this is over... response time is delayed anyway because of road conditions; yeah, looking for a hydrant would cost valuable time... even worse if all this stuff freezes...
