[Scan-DC] olney library incident, germantown update

Olney library was evacuated maybe 15 mins ago and FD called for unknown odor and sick people... now a wreck at 108 & georgia.

Re Germantown incident, fire out in apt, FMs being called for sprinkler head.

Beltway backing up... snowing... this is it, we're all going to die.  (Today.)
