Check the traffic cams. The Northbound GW and the inner-loop approaching the Legion Bridge are stopped....badly backing up.

Am hearing the CHART trucks talking about heavy traffic on the MD beltway... I don't think this little incident is going to enhance Obama's popularity... at least locally!
