[Scan-DC] Tanker truck overturned W. Gude Drive, Montgomery County

I just came in from working the evening shift at Fort Belvoir.  Fairfax
County Parkway is like a slalom, at least 2 inches of snow on it at a
minimum at any spot.

What's worse is the plows are not plowing in packs like usual, so when one
plow goes through it leaves a bank 3 times as high in the adjacent travel
lane.   Not a big deal if you stay in the plowed lane, but sometimes those
snowbanks will sneak right up on you even at a relatively slow speed.

It's gonna be a zoo on the commute in the AM. . . glad my next shift doesn't
start until early afternoon.
