Tanker truck overturned @ 200 West Gude Drive in Rockville area (near Pepco facility), driver out and unhurt, carrying 2000 gallons low-grade diesel fuel, very small leak (described as "steady trickle").  Hazmat units en route routine, command has requested canteen unit and bus... Operations on 7-Golf.
