[Scan-DC] FW: Alert DC - Severe Weather Watch

DC government spreading terror again... the NWS that _I_ see says less than 1"...

All hands to the store for beer, wine, milk, bread, & terlet paper.

Once again, the Capital of the Free World gets hammered with 1" of snow and shuts down for a week.  :(
