You could the address out on the maps/satellite images on Google and Bing -
The satellite image shows a lot of huge homes, with very little (too little
for a $2M house!!) separation.

Do they evac the neighbors when something like that happens?

I just looked up the  public property records for this  address.   This 
house is Approximately 4,855 Sq Ft. in   size.  This is definitely a HUGE 
house!
