Ops on 453.400. I missed the first part so not sure exactly what the
incident is. Trying to get a helo with a winch. First trying the Parks
Police and then will try MSP. Also trying to find a surgical team that will
fly to the incident. Winchester turned them down. Now trying UVA. Parks
Police now checking weather. Currently using ATVs to reach the incident with
more medical supplies. Setting up an LZ at 11807 Trout Run Rd near Rockland.
