Subj: Flash Flood Watch.
 

National Weather issued Flash Flood Watch from Sunday  (1/24/10) afternoon 
through Monday (1/25/10) morning, for the Metropolitan  Area (including 
District of Columbia). A cold front will approach the area  late Sunday 
afternoon. Rainfall amounts in excess of one inch per hour will be  possible through 
Sunday night. Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches will be  possible through 
Monday morning.
