[Scan-DC] F.C.C. Orders Wireless Mike Modifications

It's always been against the rules to use wireless mics in the tv band  
unless it was part of a tv production. But it became so common the FCC  
never enforced the rules. Now they are, to make room for "white space"  
devices.
