[Scan-DC] Addendum to bridge incident

The issue is a fire in the Pennsylvania Ave bridge electrical room. Rock Creek is closed in area of M and Penn. No fatalities that I've heard about.

Tv news reports Rock Creek parkway is closed, and so is inbound Key  
Bridge. They are not sure if incidents are related. The Rock Creek  
incident does involve electrical lines down. Not sure about activity  
on Key Bridge. They did not mention M st bridge.
