[Scan-DC] MWAA system transmitters

I'm in downtown Rockville and I'm getting RSSI levels in the 580-640 
range for MWAA.
That's compared to levels in the
750-780 range for the Montgomery County system,
650-725 for Fairfax County,
590-660 for DC Fire,
720-740 for the NIH 406 MHz system.
That's on a Pro-106 with original antenna, and plugged in to both a 
power supply and a programming cable.
