[Scan-DC] Person struck by Amtrak train in Baltimore County

Occured during the 9 AM hour. All trains are stopped while PD investigates. This occured in the Middle River section of the county.

According to online news reports, an Amtrak train has struck and killed a
teenage girl in Baltimore County, MD. All train service in the region has
been halted during the investigation. Not sure exactly when this happened.
Since it just online now, it was probably at least a couple of hours ago.
